GARTH BROOKS DOUBLE LIVE (NBC 11/18/98 - WEST COAST VERSION)

On November 18, 1998 Garth Brooks hosted his sixth NBC television special, ``Garth Brooks Double Live,'' which featured Garth in front of a studio audience. It was broadcast live from the NBC Studios in Burbank, Calif. That evening Brooks did three different live versions of the special -- one for Eastern/Central time zones at 8:00 p.m. EST (7:00 p.m. CST); one for Mountain time zone at 7:00 p.m. MST; and one for Pacific time zone at 8:00 p.m. PST.  

 

The one-hour special spotlighted exclusive, never-before-seen concert footage of Brooks performing new songs from his “Garth Brooks Double Live'' album. Brooks also interacted with viewers live via satellite, showed clips of his favorite performances from his previous specials, and performed live.

 

This DVD features the West Coast version.
