FANGFACE - THE COMPLETE SERIES (ABC 1978-80)

This series follows the adventures of Sherman Fangsworth, a teenager who is cursed with the ability to change into a werewolf at the sight of a full moon and reverts back at sunrise. Together with his friends, they investigate various mysteries and crimes they encounter in the Wolf Buggy and find themselves facing dangers that require the power of Sherman's werewolf form as Fangface to solve the crime.

 

Producers Joesph Ruby and Ken Spears were collaborators with Hanna-Barbera until they struck out on their own with their own animation company Ruby-Spears Productions. This was their first Saturday Morning animated cartoon series and was obviously inspired by Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?, which had been created by Ruby and Spears when they were at HB.

 

This 4-DVD set contains all 32 episodes recorded digitally from the Boomerang Network. Their logo appears on the screen.
